We’re in the business of opening conversations in service of change.

We believe that the only moment when a true change really starts taking place is through a conversation. The more uncomfortable it is, the more it is needed. We also know that the quality of your leadership is defined by the quality of your conversations.

That’s why we help you initiate these conversations in your environment by having them first with you in a safe space called Bolder Conversations for Better Organisations.

How does it work?

Once every three months I organise Zoom group coaching conversations on important leadership topics designed to bring leadership development solutions to your business realities.

These conversations are food-for-thought for leaders in organisations and beyond: current leaders, future leaders, leaders by position, and leaders by choice.

If so, you know that conversations are designing your life in your workplace. What’s being talked about and even more so what’s not being talked about is costing your organisation success and your employees the meaningful workplace.
