I am a leadership development coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience across diverse business sectors. My journey began as a psychologist in the oil and gas industry before transitioning to FMCG production, telecommunications, and media, where I served as Human Resource Director for five years. Later, I took on the role of Director of HR and Communications in the ICT sector before fully embracing coaching and consulting.

After 20 years of working in various organizations, I experienced burnout, decided to step away, and chose to focus on coaching as my primary career. Leading different teams, collaborating with diverse colleagues, and reporting to various superiors gave me valuable insights into the relationships we build and nurture.

For over 10 years, I have been supporting the development of individuals, teams, and organizations through my consultancy work, with a particular focus on individual and team transformation that arises from adopting a leadership and coaching mindset. Since 2020, this "additional" work has become my primary professional journey.

For almost a decade, I served as president of the Human Resource Association in Zagreb, Croatia, helping young HR professionals develop their leadership skills. Currently, I'm working to establish an ICF chapter in Croatia to promote coaching excellence in the region.

I graduated from the world-renowned Co-Active Training Institute and am a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I'm also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold various certifications, including MBTI Practitioner, 3Brains Coach Certification, and Leadership Circle Profile® and Manager Edition Practitioner.

My work is grounded in the belief that people are complete beings who don't need fixing, and that they have the innate ability to create their own leadership paths. I firmly believe that effective leadership of others begins with Self.
