In addition to focussing on organisations, our attention also goes to business schools as developers of leaders. We see business schools as key institutions tasked with supporting the complex developmental challenges that face today’s leaders.
We cooperate with business schools to help them to accomplish that task in the most efficient way, by applying leadership development methods that will ensure bridging the gap between teaching skills, competencies and behaviours and cultivating authenticity and bold leadership.

Leadership Development Tools
We are a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle assessments and we use them to open up important leadership conversations with you.
We do that by using the only comprehensive model that is business relevant, supported by research, and that has been applied with a track record of success: Universal Model of Leadership created by Bob Anderson as the founder of the Leadership Circle. This Model is the backbone of two key assessment tools that our clients experience: Leadership Circle Profile and Collective Leadership Assessment.
The Leadership Circle Profile makes key opportunities for leadership development immediately visible. It is a 360° developmental tool, measuring and integrating the information from the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies.
The Collective Leadership Assessment is a powerful instrument used to approach top leadership teams starting the conversation about their future vision of collective leadership and challenging their status quo. It reveals valuable data about the organisation’s culture either at team level or throughout the whole organisation.

We are authorised to use the Immunity to Change Map, developed by two Harvard University Researchers, Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey. As fascinated explorers of adult development and the impact this has on leadership, we use this tool as a part of the developmental coaching interventions to address whatever beliefs and assumptions are blocking our clients from making the desired change.
