With nearly 20 years of experience spanning corporate management, entrepreneurship, executive leadership coaching, and leadership development, I bring a multifaceted perspective to my work.
My corporate foundation was built in the oil & gas and pharmaceutical industries, where I led corporate communications, marketing, and sales teams. These experiences shaped my understanding of organisational dynamics and leadership challenges.
Today, as an international leadership coach, consultant, mentor, keynote speaker, and writer, I believe in the transformative power of bigger, bolder conversations. These conversations form the essence of my work with executives, C-suite leaders, and leadership teams across the globe—spanning the EU, UK, USA, and Asia-Pacific region.
As the founder of Bold Leadership Culture, an EU and UK-based company offering leadership development solutions worldwide, I've created a platform to share my approaches more broadly together with my team.
I'm the author of "Bold Reinvented: Next Level Leading with Courage, Consciousness and Conviction," built around The SOUL Framework®—my trademarked leadership model that anchors numerous coaching programmes offered globally. My second book is called "Leading on the Edge: The Bold Art of Being More Irrational and Less Mediocre."

I'm fascinated by adult development and its impact on leadership effectiveness and continue to explore this territory in my work.
Beyond my professional life, I'm a mother to a 10-year-old son and a stepmother to 27 and 31-year-olds—all three being my life teachers in profoundly different ways.
